We have seen an increase of requests for technical and general support through Private messages on both Discord and Facebook to the staff at UK Virtual. We ask that you refrain from doing this as Staff are being contacted while in work, social engagements and on holiday. We ask that you use one of the two methods below for all future requests:
- For urgent support requests please use the #support channel on Discord (Guaranteed Response within 12 hours)
- For less urgent support requests or ideas please email the relevant departments (Response with 2 days)
