For the month of June we have our flight a day competition where you we will have a featured flight for each day which will earn you points if completed. Everybody is automatically signed up for the competition, but there are strict rules to follow so please read below:
Rules
- The flight a day runs from midnight to midnight each day based on UK BST. It will be displayed on the homepage and Facebook group.
- Flights must depart and arrive within the 24 hour window (and file the pirep) You are not to depart before midnight the day before to land after midnight the day after.
- If you fly the “flight of the day” on the correct day you will relieve 10 points. If you fly it on any other day you will receive 5 points.
- You must fly an ACTIVE aircraft from the airlines fleet and in their livery, full details are on the flight dispatch centre.
- If you do not follow the livery rule above your flight will not count towards the competition
- Flying the same flight more than once will not achieve more points.
- Maximum points to accumulate is 300 based on flying each flight on the correct day for the full month
Prizes
- Once the competition is complete a leader board will be created and displayed and the prizes will be as follows:
- 1st Prize – £40/$40/40 Euro towards an new add on aircraft of your choice
- 2nd Prize – ORBX airport scenery of your choice
- 3rd Prize – SimMarket Voucher
